Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
Orders across India are usually delivered within 5–8 working days depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier availability
- Public holidays
- Weather or operational delays
In some rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on product availability and courier serviceability.
For certain locations in North East India and Jammu & Kashmir, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

Courier selection depends on your delivery pincode and service availability.
Delivered But Not Received
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:
- Please check with family members, neighbours, security staff, or mail room first
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification
We will immediately raise the issue with the courier partner and investigate the matter.

- Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted
- GENZYSTYLE is not responsible for losses reported after the mentioned timeline
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
GENZYSTYLE will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
