7-Day Exchange & Return Window
All exchange and return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, including the date of delivery.
Exchanges
If you receive:
- A wrong product
- A damaged product
- A size issue
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
We will exchange the product with:
- Another size, or
- The correct product of the same value
No extra charges will apply for eligible exchanges, and reverse pickup will be arranged wherever available.
If the exchanged product has a higher price, the difference amount must be paid online.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and sticker labels must be attached
- The product should be properly folded and packed
- The item must not be damaged by the customer
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for exchange.
No Refund Policy
GENZYSTYLE does not offer refunds.
We only provide product exchanges for eligible cases reported within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Slight color/design variations
- Discounted or sale items
Important Notes
- Exchange/return requests can only be processed once per order
- Products purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds
- Any used or washed product cannot be exchanged
- Product color and design may slightly vary due to screen resolution and photography lighting
- Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
